Lithium Ionic’s properties span 14,182 hectares in Minas Gerais state, Brazil, within an emerging hard rock lithium-producing district coined the “Lithium Valley”, which contains 100% of the country’s official lithium reserves.
Since Lithium Ionic launched in May 2022, its portfolio of properties has increased +10-fold and the Company continues to assess and consolidate prospective lithium properties in this globally significant hard rock lithium district.
Its tenements are grouped into two main projects: The Itinga Lithium Project and the Salinas Lithium Project. In July 2023, both projects were granted priority status by the state of Minas Gerais regional government bodies, facilitating support and acceleration of approvals and licensing through the development process towards mine operation and production.
